What can I say the man is a legend. Always there when you need him to answer a question or quell a worry. Placed my order perfectly with Sino doll and I received exactly what I asked for. Had the doll shipped to me from China after completion via UPS express.

This is my 4th doll with Phil and he's a honourable man and very easy to deal with, no messing around.
