Production Time for WM

I've noticed today for my order, the "Order Status" was updated to some of the changes I requested. Has your order status been updated? I've notice they respond through their own "Message Order" section more readily than through other emails. Sorry that you're having issues. It's making me second guess thinking about purchasing another order from them and maybe choose BCD instead.

While I did get the response and update I was hoping for, it did take over 6 weeks, it's probably just bad timing, the Covid delay, then the factory inspection delay, then RLSD's own delays. I'm sure you'll hear something soon, if it took them so long to respond to me, they might be scrambling to catch up.

Finally received an update from Stacey! My girl is done and I will be receiving QC photos soon!

I got my tracking number and she's scheduled to arrive Wednesday, very excited about that, but I checked the package details on UPS and they have the package weighing in at 13.5kg, that's got me worried, the doll is advertised at double that weight. It could just be an error on UPS's part, I'll find out soon enough.

Actually saw Stacey on the TV last night. A story about a couple buying a WM doll of her, to spice things up in the bedroom.

This seems to be a very common issue with the shippers, and I believe it has made more than one person on this forum nervous. I've seen numerous posts about this happening. Congrats on getting your tracking number and hope your girl will arrive soon!

Yeah I worked for UPS awhile ago and they are not really accurate with the shipping detail portion for customers. Its usually set to default and no one has the time to update it. You shouldn't worry about it.

I see. Yeah that makes sense. I spent (wasted) 3 years working for FedEx and you're right, every second counted.

They actually got the RLSD 161cm B-cup Jameson doll! =). That couple was adorable!

Guess my girl is still getting her makeup. Are dolls inspected at the factory or elsewhere? Waiting for QC photos too. Will update when I get them.

Both, we have a dedicated rep in the factory that does an in person QC, and then we also QC via photos sent to us at RLSD. Those are the photos we also share with you.
