145 body's with other heads

On the website it show 2 dolls with the 145 heads on larger body's. They look great but, is the reverse just as nice? Does any one have an example of the larger heads on the 145 body's? I'm only 5'2 and I'd rather not have the larger sz dolls but I prefer their faces. Please help.

I think it is doable because Sanhui now presents some bigger doll's heads on the 145 and vice versa. Years before with the older moulds they stated that swapping to bigger heads the neck seam would protrude more on the (then) narrower neck diameter - I assume. You could check your plans with Mike or vendors, they see the dolls in real life and know what works.
The 145 heads are 48 cm circumference, and bigger doll's heads are 49-50 cm. That wouldn't be a problem, but you have to look at the facial features and proportions. Some heads have larger, longer face, with strong jaw and cheekbone, long nose and eyes wider apart. Those could look heavy on the 145. Hairstyle also affects how big or small the head looks.
The 145 packs a lot of punch for her size!

That's doesn't sound so bad I don't mind if it's a little bigger. I see plenty of people at work with heads bigger than they should be.

Thanks! I was looking at #8 #23 #32 with the moving mouth and without #4 #7 #10 #16
If none of those were good I would probably just get the 118 elfie. People seem to talk highly of it and it quite popular
