My WM160A arrived unexpectedly yesterday morning, a surprise I wasn't prepared for! So after a morning of unpacking and general play I'm now assessing the doll itself. Seems to me that she might have a slightly flattened rear end. I'll try and take some pictures later but would you be able to post a side profile shot perhaps? I can use it to compare before complaining!
There's another unfortunate square dent in her thigh caused by a piece of polystyrene, I might be able to massage this out after checking threads for techniques.
Other than this above minor issues she is indeed lovely!
Congrats Jimpink
You are going to love Jennifer!
Here is a pic we took for a comparison when someone asked how the 166C and the 160A compared. If you need more, please let us know.

I had that problem with a 158D I ordered back in 2018. It wasn't bad but never returned to normal. I think the box must have gotten turned over with her weight face down but, that's a guess.
It's hard to tell from the photos but you can see a slight "dip" in her thigh.

Thanks Leatherman, I appreciate the swift response with a comparison shot! I'm currently house sitting round the corner so will try to get a picture up tomorrow of my side profile here. There's no flat spot exactly but I was expecting more of a curvature to the centre part of her behind. My theory is the lack of plumpness in this area may be down to weight reduction perhaps? Or it could still be she got a little squished on the journey over...

That's the same issue I've got and yes I can clearly see your indentation.
Here's some pictures of mine, it's mildly annoying as that for me is an important part of the sculpt.

I checked some threads and advice regarding this and apparently there are YouTube videos on TPE repair too. The general idea is heat, with this the best method seems to be warming up the area with a hot towel wrap then massage the TPE back to shape.

Stevie is getting a photo shoot today so we will get more shots of her butt. It is very round. A nice handful!
I only had that problem with her right thigh. I tried heat but it didn't work or maybe I didn't give it enough tries. It did go away with time to a degree but not completely.
New arrivals often suffer from FBS (Flat Butt Syndrome) after some days on a bench and then straight into a cardboard box for a week or two. Give her a week or so and she will look exactly like the TPE Gods intended her to look and most compression marks from the journey will be gone
