I would say check your state laws to be sure. I ordered a YL 141cm not even a year ago, no problems. I currently have this doll being shipped to me as well, she’ll probably be here next week. California btw.

I've tried but found nothing outside of something in other states that seemed to not take off called The Creeper Act. The terminology is very uncertain, afaik it never got off the ground and was specifically targeting childlike dolls. This forum (and common sense) does a better job than congress at defining what constitutes childlike.

Ironically, part of why I got this was because it's the same height and build as a former girlfriend I had in my 20s (who was older than myself by a year) except for the chest on the doll being slightly larger and having a bigger backside. Based on that I chose this because had a sense of what I was getting.

Rereading this thread and seeing that other post kinda freaked me out, but I'm feeling calmer, and I'm focused on trying to get a straight answer and avoid doing the wrong thing. I have contacted the seller but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping that they might know because of their experience.
