Before I begin, I won't try to waste too much of your time and will be giving a rather straightforward, but detailed review...

Browsing & Purchasing
The experience of shopping on LoveDolls.com was very interesting with extensive customization options, some unique that not too many other sellers offer at the same degree. From what I've read of some other posts and threads made in the past, a false criticism that's been levied is "bro da customizations r just superficial n meaningles itz jus makeup". One good look and visit to the site's doll customization page however quickly refutes that. It was a wonderful and very pleasant change seeing a storefront with much more than the standard "Foot Bolt: Yes or No, Removable Insert: Yes or No, Tongue: Yes or No, Moaning Sound: Yes or No, Shrugging Shoulders: Yes or No" level of options. I could choose from 100s of different Jinsan factory heads and dozens of bodies made by WM, YL, SE, and OR brands. Ultimately, I went with the WM #390 and WM #70 heads on the WM 172-D body. There were other options for customizations such as freckles, piercings, areola size, nipple color, eye color, finger/toe nail color, labia color, crazy pubic shapes, a variety of textures, different makeups, and much more. Suffice to say, I was attracted by the myriad of choices available. The only con I can really say is that there was a visible glitch with a couple of selections that made the wig and the articulated hand choices become deselected, but they were still added to the cart. With PayPal available as a payment processor, I wasn't worried at all about my money despite being a new doll customer and not owning a doll prior. 4.5/5

Customer Support
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t worried about the doll, my lack of experience being a doll buyer certainly contributed some 'anxiety' towards my end. My first email interaction was pretty straightforward asking about: when to expect factory photos, the expected shipment time from China, & wig choices. I was genuinely surprised to see he responded 9 hours later, despite my email time being really late in China due to the 12 HR time zone disparity. He thoroughly answered my questions, gave a response for every concern I had raised, and told me to expect WM's production to be around 10 business days. After an email like that, I was fairly optimistic. 10 business days is nothing compared to other makers, especially the silicone doll makers with long production times going well into 2-4 months. 6 days later, I'd email him for an update on the order, I wouldn't get a response until two days later. This is the point where it became apparent that he's the main person doing customer support for the store. It was the only time I had any real contention and concern for the order. Despite this, Adam made sure to give good, reassuring, and helpful feedback within 24 hours with future emails, as my doll's production was finalized in (count them) eight days! Adam then told me to expect factory pics on the weekend. The weekend comes and I email him again, he responds later on that day with around 25 pics. I was very happy to see the photos, but was underwhelmed by the chosen wigs. I sent another email back to Adam telling him to change the wigs to something closer resembling the promotional photos. He tells me he can do that when the factory is open again on Monday. Monday arrives and I get about 10 new photos later that day showing off the articulated fingers, the double-jointed EVO legs, and two longer-haired wigs. I was once again pleasantly surprised by how good the WM #390 head looked by simply using a longer wig. Regardless of how the image quality looked - taken from someone's iPhone, I still was very satisfied with the newer photos. After I gave the 'okay' for shipment, Adam would respond back saying he will send the tracking # in a few days. My overall impression is that communication was solid and mostly, fairly timely, however some patience was occasionally needed since Adam is the sole customer support (like many, perhaps most doll stores) and there's a 12 HR difference. There's pros & cons to this just like there's pros & cons to storefronts with many workers that offer wildly varying quality of CS. 4/5

Shipping & Packaging
After being met with nice surprises, I got yet another surprise when Adam emailed the tracking number for the box just two days later. I've become fairly familiar with the news and reports of logistical issues for international shipments, especially from China, with problems such as: shipping route congestion, ports/docks being shut down in China, and lockdown measures being responsible for drastically increased delivery times across the atlas and initially expected 14-21 days needed for delivery. My expectations were subverted when I saw that UPS had an estimated delivery time of just SEVEN days! The shipping was worldwide expedited and the actual delivery date was a day early on top of that. When UPS appeared, I noticed the box wasn't in too bad of a condition and was very much salvageable with visible cuts and scuffs along the sides. The doll itself was well protected inside decently dense foam packaging, plastic covers for the head, and other items bagged inside cavities of the foam. There were zero cuts, lacerations, or scratches on the TPE itself. Most importantly, the faces, body, and makeup looked very much like promotional images. 4.5/5

Overall Conclusion
I can firmly and confidently say that Adam did right by me as a customer; they were genuinely accommodating for changes and gave helpful information with thorough responses. From what I've seen, LoveDolls offers considerably more value than most stores selling 5'6 or 5'7 WM dolls at around $2000+. I certainly saved at least $200 and got an extra WM head on top of that (Jinsan's heads are $200-$350 USD)! The abundant array of customization options regarding just about every part of the body - even butthole detail - is very appealing and attractive. From my perspective, it's a better way to truly order an idealized doll to your desire - just offer lots of detailed customization. Communication was solid and thorough. The packaging properly secured the contents, logistics were well taken care of, and the doll looks great - as I ordered it. 4.4/5
