How to choose my Icon on TDA

Hi,

hum hum, i dont know if my question is clear or not in the subject ?
I want to change the thumbnail pic which represents my gallery in the "user galleries" on doll album. I've tried a lot of buttons, menu and options but can't find the good one

I hope it's not too much obvious to do that

Not sure how user gallery works. In the TDAlbum the most recent pic uploaded will be your album thumbnail pic & I do not think there is a way to alter that, at least in TDAlbum unless U up-load a new picture, then that one will be most recent up-load & the thumbnail displayed for that album. Perhaps others know something I don't. Poet

Hi Elle !

It's been a learning curve for me too creating & placing pics in my
Member Gallery album. The photo I last uploaded isn't the one I
want to represent my album. The only thing I can think of is to re-
upload the picture that I want to represent my album, but then I
will have to find out how to remove the duplicate photo in my album.

The help forum has a sticky on how to put images in the Member
Gallery & Doll Album. There is a post in there which also has links
to how to remove pictures from albums. I'll have to read this so I
can remove my duplicate picture.

Just have to learn how to add a photo to a post (copied Ricardo's
article on how to do this...) and hopefully I'll soon have a post
about my doll stand/fixture!!

Thank you, i've made these changes, as you describe, yesterday : the thumbnail of each Elle's albums.

But the thumbnail i want to change is this one :

I know it's possible (i've seen it) but i've lost the menu

In the Member Gallery, you go to your album, click the Properties box. You select the photo you want from your own images in the drop-down list.
This is done through your album, Properties button.

Hi all,

After a new attempt, i've found my answer

- in your TDA home page, where all your doll's albums are listed, click the 'EDIT FILES' button of the album containing the pic you want as thumbnail.

- All pics of this album are now listed. and i've clicked the option "Make this my icon" under the pic i want as thumbnail.

- next, APPLY modifications

Inkling, we wrote at the same time.
now i believe that "properties" box is to define one album's thumbnail
and "Edit File" box is to define Member Gallery thumbnail (what i want).

For future reference, I think most folks are going to think "Member Gallery" if they see "User Gallery". Both User Gallery and doll album were mentioned the first post this thread. This is what caused some confusion.
