I got the tracking info on the 16th but since then it hasn't updated beyond "Shipment information sent to FedEx"

Should I be concerned or is it normal for it to sit this long with a label created before actually shipping out?

I know, it's a little annoying because getting a new doll is exciting and you want her ASAP, but it's normal. I've had my doll sit for just over a week before FedEx picked my box up from the factory.
