Hinged backwards?
OK THAT is a real screw up on their part, and not visible on the MPG they sent. That is a serious complaint.
And an EVO skeleton should not have the mega-cheap wire wrists. EVO should have hinged wrists with palm plates.
Can you confirm that you have an EVO skeleton with shrugging shoulders and double-joint knees?
If they didn't send you an EVO skeleton, that is also a serious issue.

It is possible on a number of skeleton designs to inadvertently maneuver a limb to a backwards position
More than a few of us have done that with our first doll
Unless there is a limiter on the elbow, mine doesn't, then the lower arm can be bent backwards

The legs on the other hand do have limiters and I still managed to get the knee pointing backwards before realizing what I had done

Regardless of the skeletal issues, and I am sorry about those. However I have to say that the tits on this doll are outstanding! Perfect tits in my opinion, just wow!
