Can't register for the Doll Album

Hello. I'm having problems registering a new account on the Doll Album site. Every time I fill out my info on https://dollalbum.com/dollgallery/register.php, and pass the captcha, it will tell me "Selected user does not exist!", no matter what combination of password, email, username, etc, I use.

I am registering specifically to be able to message someone who has an interesting album on there, and doesn't seem to have a username on TDF.

When registering to The Doll Album, please use the same username and email address as used here at TDF.
