Questions I did have about this doll in particular things like weight of her, how much "experience" have you had with your doll, I see you have posed your doll very beautifully and so natural looking as well I may be asking for pointers.

Sure, I'll be glad to help with answering any questions on posing, but you'll be glad to know since she's so small posing her is no problem at all.
(Just never force joints when posing any doll, and always bend holding a limb firm, so if you bend her knee, hold one leg firm just below it and push down or up. If you have shrugging shoulders, first raise her arm up, pointing forward, then push it to the side and then push up or down.)
Oh, and I don't know how yours will be, but mind came with rather loose joints, especially the knees, so be careful posing her upright so she doesn't fall over.

As for the "Experience" with her.
Well, I did have a little fun with her on day three, when she was all cleaned up from her journey and boy...it was a blast. She's rather heavy though, 20 kilos might not seem much, but it's all concentrated in a stocky plump buxom body and she doesn't come with handles like the ammo crates I lug around. XD
But yeah, you can lift her up, place her anywhere whilst indulging in "carnal activities", all sorts of more athletic poses.
As for just cuddling, boy she's perfect for that. I tried it a few times.

But back on the head subject in hindsight I kinda wish I would have gotten the second head with the eyes open

Yes I will be happy to share pictures once she has arrived. I custom ordered her I want to say back on the 28th of Feb. So hopefully next week I should see some factory pictures soon. As far as clothing because I had some ideas but didn't know what size of clothes would fit her best. Idea's I had were having her wear just like a baggy snuggle shirt or a cute tank top that fits nicely. I also chose the boltless foot design because I don't feel I will have her standing much, more so sitting or lying down.

I’ll begin by saying first, Wow! That girl is GORGEOUS. I’m looking to order that same 108cm body type from that same vendor. But, I never even thought to use THAT face…especially not in THAT capacity…my goodness. What an imaginative work of art she is!

Question 1. She looks a lil different in the factory photos. Namely, those ears. Did the company custom make those at your request or did you add those yourself later after you received her?

Question 2: If you did those mods yourself, how? Those ears are perfect! How about the eyes?

Question 3: Where did you find THAT face? It’s not on the vendor’s site that you ordered her from. I checked. I HAVE found it on various other vendor’s sites, however.
Would I have to make a special request for that one, you think?

Question 4: She heavy?

Question 5: Which breasts does she have? Why those?
I’m thinking to order my girl with gel breasts. Love the look, feel and of course that jiggle… but I hear there may be drawbacks to that type. Your thoughts?

Question 6: Skin? She’s gonna be my first full-size doll. She’ll be having fun with me AND my wife. We’re fairly gentle. I’m thinking to go with the S-TPE option. Please advise.

I made those ears myself.
And the question was put to me a few times before. So, a couple of months ago I made a "tutorial" on how to make the Goblin ears like my Gwawdlyd has. I hope you might find it helpful or at least give you an idea how you'll make a pair of big cute goblin ears yourself.

Well, like stated above those ears are custom made by me. ;P
As for her eyes those are a pair of MF Creation eyes.
They make eye posing a lot easier and they have a nifty quick iris exchange method using magnets, so you can change eye color in a flash.

Ah, my Gwawdlyd has the WMDol head #77.
And when you order a doll, there are customizable options like heads.
The 108L model due to her small size has limited head options, but most Vendors offer a different head for a doll purchase free of charge, as a standard service.
However, getting a doll in a custom skin color often comes with an extra fee. Though I believe several Vendors display a "standard" green skin option, but still this one comes with the additional fee I mentioned.
*Oh, and that fee covers both head and body of course, you don't pay separate fees for that.

Question 4: She heavy?

That depends on how strong you are.
20 kilos isn't that heavy per se, but since her small stature you will have to bend low to pick her up and since she's pliable pertaining her soft TPE skin, her limbs and a pair of big boobs, those 20 kilos can feel pretty heavy due to her being a bit cumbersome to lift and carry around.
However, this is easily solved by finding a way to carry her in a way that's convenient for you. Often, the "bridal carry" is the best for doll.

Question 5: Which breasts does she have? Why those?

Well, mine has solid breasts, due to gel breasts being not available in the sale when I got her. But! I have another doll with Gel breasts. Those are lovely and squishy, though some think hollow breast are just as fine.
But if you like jiggling, then gel breasts are the way to go.
And if you are real groper then the gel breast are nicer too, since they're really meant for kneading.
The draw back of gel breast are that the gel will eventually sag inside the TPE breast, creating a dent. This can be fixed by reinflating them, with a syringe.
Another quirk of Gel breasts is that they always will make breasts bigger and slightly change the shape. They have a more natural droop to them.

Well Ag83, my dolls are more for display and the occasional cuddle and smooch, so they come with standard TPE.
I have no experience with S-TPE so I can't really answer that. I suggest you look into it further and check the experience of others here on TDF.

I really think she's a lovely gobbo Girl and perfect for me.
