TAYU 148D new pics of QingZhi

Last week I took a few pics of my TAYU 148D with QingZhi head and did a little bit of make-up and hairdo for her.

Appreciate the great pics and poses. She has an interesting face. The feeling of her age changes depending on the hair style and the angle of her face and shading when the pic is taken.

I like the blue eye color.

In the same vein as the above question, what bra/clothing size have you found to work best with the 148D?

For myself, XXS has been the most successful. Only a few XS items have been ok. Size 9-14 tights and leggings on Amazon do well. US size 4.5 or 5 shoes have fit the best depending on brand.

Realism is quite subjective, but her boobs and butt with clothing on especially, are like real deal. The butt in a nude feel is exquisite.
The rest of her is on par with good quality silicone. Softer silicones are available, but painted details may not last.
She is just the right gal for my travels, that I chose her among all dolls I have for 2 months driving adventures.

Thanks, she is awesome and looks very realistic in certain angles and I get startled by her if I forget she's in the same room!

Just shop for XXS.XS only. You get questionable fits with S, but safety pins are needed quite a lot.
I'll post a few of the things I bought for her from shein.com in the next post

Her feet are 19cm long (heel-toe) and 7cm wide. Size 4 or so I think, but the shoes I have I made shown for her. Sneakers are from wallmart and likely 11yr old size.

It's true. I tried to take certain angles to make her look more mature in promo shots, and the hair played a large role there. I am getting better at he cosmetics and hairdos.

I found Shein.com has really good stuff for cheap. I bought outfits as in those pics below as they are from an order, but for those shopping for her size, just use XS as a baseline, and her Waist/Hip size is critical for dress/panties, and Under bust size. I had her sizes/measurements written down and lost the paper (damn!) , so I'll go and remeasure her.
Also, many of these items were only in small, but the cheap stuff it was ok for me as I always re-use them for other dolls.

I made the shoes for me and those little pink ones and a black set as well. They are really not made to stand alone in, and I support her from a back hook to get those shots.

Also people asked me to photo her in heels, but without a back hook, it is very very risky to do so. Let me explain why. (Mine has a back hole as I requested that from the factory)
1. If she tips over and crashes to the floor while in heels, you risk losing a $5,000 doll!
2. Her ankles have an additional joint which allows her heel/feet to tip inward. I HATE this because if and when it gets loose, standing the doll is forever over. (Unless you want to fix it surgically)
I had a brand new doll that had these exact joints go loose the first night and I ended up doing surgery on both ankles to weld that specific joint shut. Now she stands ok.
It seems a number of manufacturers are making feet with these style of joints, and TAYU is one of them. Luckily her feet joints are fine!

So far she's doing well - poses like crazy, and smooth joints. No joints are too loose, and she's light as heck which makes it easier on my back.

Thanks TJ, I have been so busy with doll gigs, but I have more to show of her. She's getting ready for 2 more sets before she and I go on a cross-country US car trip in my Tesla, and spend a few weeks at my folk's home in NJ!
