All the left over Kimber heads?

I have been seeing a lot of Kimber bodies with other manufacturers heads on these forums, but I have yet to see a Kimber head on another manufacturers body.
I realize the Kimber head is not choice for some people, but it is for me, and I would some day like to try one on a tall skinny body with B cup Breasts. However I don't see Kimber heads come up for sale much, so as the title says, I am wondering where the discarded ones all go.
