Waiting around for UPS. Urrrrrgggggggg !

Waiting on my Kimber Doll. Rescheduled the delivery for today because I was off work, and had the house to myself. Waited around all day and UPS still never showed up. Looks like it won't be here today. I am back to work tomorrow and she will probably show up and my Dad answer the door. The UPS tracking info says she is 89lbs. Maybe they never had staff on today that were able to lift it. I know UPS employees get treated like crap, but I'm pretty upset right now. Pretty crappy service.

It happens.

Happened to me once with UPS, it was literally at the warehouse and a 20 minute drive away, still didn't come. I had to drive to pick it up, then again that was during 2020, when things were far from normal to say the least. Really comes down to luck when these type of packages are delivered on time, most of the time it is, but sometimes NOPE

But in the end, it works outs. Be prepared though, when the doll arrives... the whole day is going to fly by from the extreme happiness and wonder you'll experience

Well at least you don't have the dreaded: Estimated delivery
The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
Been waiting on the update since the 27th

Actually, I do have the dreaded: The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. Maybe the box broke open, and an orgy is going down at the UPS sorting facility.

Anyway, I told my Father about it . He's cool with it.

If i know its already in town and I won't be around I usually have them keep it at the UPS hold and just come pick it up after work.

Shes worth the wait. Excellent in every way for a starter doll, except her fingers will break no matter how careful you are. But besides that she's amazing. I have one that I have pretty much fell in love with

Still not arrived yet. Might file a claim. I have no way of contacting UPS and asking if I can pick it up. I have no info notice number.

contact the vendor they should provide you with tracking

I’ve had the same issue.. ordered on July 8, got the “estimated date”, then received a date, then it got changed and I still have no doll yet. Last update to ups said it would be this Wednesday July 20 but I’m getting mighty impatient and will have to have my mother sign for it since I have to go back to work after 2 weeks off.

Received her today. 14 days late. Had to file a lost claim for them to take any action. Not impressed with UPS at all. Horrible experience. Thanks to everyone for your support.

well good deal. glad she finally arrived. i hope mine too is just a 14 + day delay not looking good tho as my estimated date never updated/changed
