How to subscribe to a (sub) forum

Hi,

in the "Manage subscriptions" section of the "User Control Panel" there is the section
WATCHED FORUMS

Now I wonder, how can you subscribe to a (sub) forum?

It is on the bottom of the page in the forum view, not in the topic view.

Thanks. That's not a place I had ever thought to look for. (And because of the ads I don't even see the footer without explicitly scrolling - on 4k!)
