Is it correct in assuming head "145-x" designations are strictly the only size heads that fit 145 bodies?

I noticed head 37 looks small, but it's not an option on your site when selecting a 145 body. Is this head too big for this body?

Also, it would be nice if Sanhui provided a comparison image of the new heads 145-7, 145-11, 33, 34, 37, 39, etc. to compare the relative size and similarities.
