Dear 6YE manufacturer

My 6ye Amore doll has a loose wobbly hip.

I have looked through the forum and haven't seen anything specifically related.
I have reached out to 6 YE and received crickets back.
A member was able to show me a picture of the skeleton but I don't see a nut or bolt to tighten.

Is it repairable? I don't know ... maybe not.

I don't want to just operate and damage the skin until I have some idea at least which side, inside or outside, to enter from.
Some instructions would be appreciated.
