Most dolls manufacturers offer gel boobs as a free option, but you don’t have to have gel boobs with your doll.. most prefer gel because of the added sensation. However, with that said, I’ve only seen this as an option for silicone dolls, not certain about tpe dolls due to the material being porous, making it softer than silicone . I could be wrong in that regard
