Unfortunately this is where I am going to disagree. The primary function of an Air doll is for sex and maybe cuddles. Unlike the solid dolls it's purpose is not for posing and photography. This is an added bonus now as the face sculpts and body shapes have improved.
A limited amount of doll faces have been made over many years for inflatable dolls and many have not been updated for over a decade or are being discontinued.
The reason is the popularity of the Solid dolls and their vast choice of bodies. The range of the faces is even larger, it is huge. Even the manufacturers of inflatable dolls are also producing solid ones now.
For inflatable dolls to survive in the future I believe that they have to offer their users access to the large number of softer more realistic heads. The option to change the head over and over on a body with the one of your choice. This is one of the reasons why the solid dolls are so successful.

And you can also look at it the other way around. Start with a head that you particularly like and have the possibility of declining different bodies according to the desires or the needs of each one.
Inflatable bodies have some advantages (lightness, the possibility to be folded and hidden very easily, the possibility to travel in a suitcase, the low cost...). They can also be considered as a second body for a solid doll (especially for traveling).
I think it could be a market for high end inflatable bodies (not too many folds, realistic silhouette, possibility to put TPE or silicone inserts...).
Great to see photos of this newer type of air doll. From your description, the bolt would be the M12 type which isn't a problem.

I have several pieces of this and most of mine is damaged too lol. I think it may be called 'Micro Foam' aka 'Microfoam' You'll find it protecting TPE in the shipping boxes.

This time I was not completely right!
I haven't photographed my girlfriends for a long time,
and often thinking about how I should take some new pictures:
- I wandered much more in my mind towards posing and balancing the body,
than about the real essence!

When I think a little deeper,
it is very possible that some new editions
of "TPE Heads" will be lighter than the previous one!
I think about internal structure of the head... ??

Sorry, I did fail to add that inflatable dolls are not going away soon. They are travel light and easily concealable. The high end dolls are still readily available also.
However, through the comments found here your Kimmi Lovecok doll seems to have disappeared from sale in the U. S. I am not sure if it is a stock issue and that they are becoming limited, the UK seems to have her.
Your Doll is probably the most popular doll ever featured in this part of the forum. We would like to see more pics of this beautiful blonde, Kimmi we miss you.

Unfortunately, Kimmi is an NMC produced doll. Diaoshi doesn't supply her and Diaoshi are the only ones that sell the exchangeable head dolls. To use Kimmi's head there would have to be some sort of modification. Genesis is good at modifications of Kimmi.

This is a very good point. Maybe hollow out the head more.
