Hydrogen Peroxide or Dishwashing Soap on Silicone?

Is Hydrogen Peroxide safe to clean Silicone? - Or would dishwashing soap be a safer bet? I’m trying to use a non abrasive method to remove a stain.

I've heard of one of those being used, but I won't say which since I'm unfamiliar with the method used to apply it. I will say, though, that I recently compiled a shopping list for my in-production Zellex, and it includes what appears to be a popular soap to use--Antibacterial hand-soap (e.g. Dial).
