I designed a lot of previous doll models with the innie vagina, like the 162/164 but there were so many complaints about this looking too young so we changed it on most of the new models.
The new AngelKiss 164 body does not share any design features with the 162F/164F or J, it is more related to the WM159C - just with a lot more meat on her bones.
