Anyone in US bought from MyRobotDoll

I've been putting a lot of thought into a potential first doll. I'm thinking about either a 135cm or 140cm fabric doll.

Has anyone in the US ordered and received either a 135cm Fabric Anime Sakura Doll or a 135cm/140cm Fabric Anime Happy Doll?

My only concern is if these dolls could have a problem on the way here, just curious if anyone else has bought them and if they arrived without problem.

I purchased a sinodoll from them a few months ago for US delivery. I chose them because I was impressed with their professional looking and organized site. Alice is quick to respond to all my emails. They gave a delivery estimate with real time tracking from production to delivery through the shop app. It even arrived earlier than the estimated date. Overall, I would definitely recommend ordering with them.

I ordered a Starperry through MyRobotDoll last month. Got my factory photos this week, now just waiting on shipping details. So far I’m happy with them. Alice is always quick to respond and super helpful.

Yes, I purchased a Starpery 174D.

They have a very organized website and make sure to give you all the deals the manufacturer's are running.

Easy to deal with and I will use them again!

I bought a fabric doll from them. From order to delivery, it was about 90 days. I love the way she came out though. I would buy from them again.

I have placed an order with MyRobotDoll for a TAYU which is being processed.

So far what I can tell you is that Alice's response time has been fantastic and she has even helped me avoid making a mistake on my order.
I am a former Customer Service rep so when someone delivers "knock your socks off" customer service, it really gets my attention!
She has also been very patient with my questions.

I appreciate the way they do business and look forward to the rest of my experience being as good as the ordering process.

I bought a fabric doll from them. It was about 80 days from order until delivery. They were nice when I bugged them for updates. Doll arrived in good condition. One ankle was a little loose but the doll is so light, it didn’t matter. Good luck and enjoy.

P.S. You can get the lips colored. Sometimes it is not a selectable option on the order screen. You have to ask for it.
