Congrats! I second photoguru, its best to be patient (always tough I know) before buying shoes. When she is delivered, measure the max foot length and width to compare with the shoe manufacture's dimensions since every shoe fits different, and buy a bit bigger than that.

She is really a full size woman , what is her weight with weight reduction?
