I have owned Teddy Babe dolls for years now and just as plushies, but I'm tired of waiting
for a Teddy Dude. Is there a dick insert for women and if so, where can I get one?

It doesn't have to be big. I'm pretty small irl

You can search for strap on on amazon for example. They are probably better than an insert since an insert might not hold well enough inside the pocket of a TBD.
There is also a male doll from Valentina Girls.

I was looking for silicone inserts for my Teddy Babes, the old RD2 inserts are getting old.
I did find the inserts on www.realdoll.com, but to my surprise there was also a large selection of impressive Dicks.
I am not sure if they would be useful for you, I did not look at the details.

Another alternative is a strap-on, as noted above by DocM.

I've been in several threesomes, and can't imagine that experience being fun or healthy for any siblings involved. Seeing how any doll can't actively participate, I agree that they wouldn't be of much value in multiplayer.

There ARE penis inserts for dolls out there on the market; while shopping for TPE or silicone dolls, I've often seen extra attachments offered that would give them the Futa/TS capabilities. They are usually "L" shaped, with one end fitting inside the doll, and other being the business end.

I'd advise looking through the TDF vendors here for accessories. Most of the major doll brands I've seen have dick attachments for their dolls. The trick is finding one for a good price that works well with a Teddy Babe, and you.

Lastly, you might want to avoid Realdoll. They are very expensive and from all reports, their shipping and service have slowed to glacial speeds.

You are correct. RealDoll was never cheap, but now they concentrate on the AI functions. They also moved from San Marcos CA to Las Vegas Nevada.
Maybe there is a new owner involved? The new RD2 insert I bought from them must have come from the reject pile. Junk at $350.

That's not awkward as hell. Also, sounds like something she /they wanted. My twin has asked to do that with me, but I'm not into adding more guys to the mix.
