Accessories: Hanging (Neck) Hook, TPE glue and stain remover, Flush bottle (new), 4.25 inch x 3.5 inch tan TPE sample, fair skin tone TPE Mr. Limpy Packer (used only for photos), Vampire Teeth and Tongue inserts, WM Extra Eyes in Blue, Green and Red, Replacement Eyelashes (new), Short Gradient Grey Wig (new), Short White Wig, Grey tank top, Blue boxer shorts, 4 pairs thong underwear (used only for photos).

Age of item: 5 years
Bought new or previously owned: Purchased new in 2019 from Silicone Lovers.
Damage to item: Small tear in right armpit. Minor wear to left armpit, either side of the groin, penis attachment site, back of heels and right thigh. Superficial scratch marks bottom of left foot. Staining from dark colored wig on the back of head. Bottom has flattened out despite sitting or laying on soft surfaces.
Anal entry has NEVER been used. Oral entry has NEVER been used.
Repairs made: Replaced eyelashes and make up. Current eyebrows and eyeliner are human eyeliner. No makeup on lips.
Modifications: None.
Indicate if this doll is from a smoker's home or smoke free home: Smoke free, cat friendly home. He has always been indoors only, never in storage or outside.
