Doll head came looking like this - is there anything I can do?

Hi guys, my first doll arrived the other day! There's something wrong with her jaw though. There's a very apparent indent. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or am I stuck with it?

Contact your vendor asap. Send pics to them. Tell them immediately so they can offer a resolution. You shouldn't have to accept something that happened in shipping. The negotiation with them is up to you, but you might ask them about a replacement for the head.
