I agree, hair and eye color completely remake a face.
Ive seen some heads with blonde and blues and totally dismissed that head ,then latter ill see a gorgous face with black and browns and come to find out its the same head .

From my experience, the male doll that I have looks exactly like the photos. In my opinion his head is pretty well sculpted and detailed, especially considering that it’s a tpe head. Another female doll I used to have, looked absolutely nothing like the photos, but I bought her somewhere else. I think it all depends on where you buy.
