Hi Honello, if you click on "Full editor" you find the attachment function. Choose a pic, upload it, add the file, place it inline and submit it: done.
A bit more info about your lady would be very nice though.

Mishka1965, if you want to submit your Shael, wm38 & wm41 heads, you'll need to fill in the
"submit my doll" form 3 times now :
- just filling in a minimum of infos (aka mandatory fields)
- write "tatiana" in the field "main doll's name"
- write nothing concerning the body
- and of course upload a pic for each head
