Real Doll's sale is so amazing. I have a feeling that a lot of people who have wanted to purchase one of their dolls in the past but were sitting on the fence are making their purchases during this time.

I meant to ask. Has anyone tried the stand that Abyss sells for real dolls? Is it my best choice or should I opt for a different one, if there is another one for sale. And IF there is can you give me the website?

There used to be TripleXrack.com, this is where I got the stand I have, but I see, the website is down, so I guess, they're no longer in business.

Then the only two places I'm aware of who sell stands, are Abyss and Sinthetics. The Abyss stand is $125 cheaper though, and in the form of a tripod, while the Sinthetics stand is one with a base.

Thanks Alex for the excellent link. I bought the stand and now have it in my posession, along with the Hooters costume. The pics you took of Kayla were beautiful by the way. I hope I can do as good a job.

All I need now is my little beauty! I'm thinking of calling her Katy. What do you guys think?

Misty has two names, one is her professional name and one her actual name. Mainly because it's amazing just how much character these dolls take on.

I got my email from Amanda yesterday. Katy is scheduled to ship September 28th. I had to ask them to delay her shipment a bit because I'll be away on vacation. Amanda was very nice about it and promised to send me a pic or two when she's ready. I'll do my best to post them when I get them. Getting VERY excited fellas! I feel like a kid waiting for Santa...

Just kidding, it's probably the worst time of the whole process of getting a doll, nearly but not quite there. Still it won't be long and you'll have something to look forward to when your holidays are over.

While I was on my way home yesterday I got notification that Katy ships today the 28th! I should be getting a pic later and will do my best to share it. By the way I read something about needing a "left-handed" screw driver elsewhere on the forum to open the crate. Can someone tell me if that's true. If so I'm off to Lowe's!
