They are separate pieces I found during my latest (rare) mall expedition.
The corset has no brand name but I bought it from Spencer's (Their site is http://www.spencersonline.com/).
The little fluffy skirt and mesh gloves were both found at Hot Topic. The skirt has Hot Topic brand name on tag. (http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Homepage.jsp)

I used to buy clothes for myself from these punky-type stores when I was a teenager but now I go in seeking the occasional classy-looking gothic and victorian garments to further beautify dollies.
