if you buy a doll from this company to USA, will they ship in a way that it's possible to track the shipping and note the date in which it will be delivered to your house?

Moreover do you have to sign with the delivery guy or can they just leave without signature when they ship?

our shipping company is door to door delivery, they may use DHL or TNT, and you can track it on website.
Usually they will call you when the doll arrived, you must sign with the delivery guy.

almost, it will go directly to your house, but some time the they will call you and charge customs fees or taxes before you take the doll.

that depends on the customs where you live. they always charge the customs fee when we shipping the doll to USA, Japan or Canada.
but some other country dosen't charge it (maybe they charge very low, shipping company include it into shipping fee).

I don't think this is a chance, if you don't pay it, they will not allow you take it home.

You mean that "your shipping" ( what customers pay to you for shipping ) includes customs fees ?

shipping fee only depends on the shipping address.

it is door to door, you don't need to pay extra for dilivery, but you may need to pay the customs fee, customes fee only depends on how your country's customs charge for this kind items.

According to the past experience, the shipping company will call you when the doll arrived, they will make a delivery time appointment or charge you the customs fee.

Ah ? That's what I said : Steph didn't pay customs fees but it was a chance and not usual ...

What do you think about shipping to France : have you heard something about it ,about customers who didn't pay customs fees or about customers who ... paid customs fees ... ?
