I don’t know if anyone has noticed but giantoy have become a member here recently! They’ve only done one post so far to answer this ‘delivery’ issue but they are here so you can probably pm them with a query if needed!

I agree that the original list is now well out of date and there needs to be an update of some sort. I could add some but we really could do with a coordinated update.

In my experience the delivery times for me with Giantoy have been good. My first purchase was in October and that was about 17 days wait. My latest purchase was about ten days wait. Delivery times seem to be improving. One more currently in transit. Hoping it's here this week for BOOFS modesty. So far I am pleased with Giantoy.
I've also gone thru kghobby who are good also. Similar delivery times.
My first purchase with quicktoys is in transit and I am curious to see if it arrives this week. I like that they offer an insurance option in the checkout.

The Quicktoy purchase arrived on the 31st but there was a delay at the airport so that was no fault of Quicktoy. The nice thing that happened was both the Quicktoy and an Asmus parcel arrived on the same day. That was a nice surprise. I had hoped that would happen but didn't expect it. On the day I had even resigned to not seeing the parcels until sometime in the new year and wondering which would come first. [[ knock-knock - parcels...]]

Hello all,

I'm new here and I wonder if there are manufacturers which purpose mini TPE / silicone dolls 1/4 1/6 or 1/12 scale without detachable hands and feet. So just a complete full body with interchangeable head.
For example I find many phicen dolls are really cute but it's so bad these dolls need wristbands or others accessories to hide their detachable hands and feet to be more realistic. Maybe is it possible to find this kind of doll with a reinforced skeleton to allow to stand-up?

I don't know ... I just ask ...

(but there are not a lot of choice there...)

Hi Machiavelique and welcome to TDF! Yes there are a few manufacturers that do full seamless bodies but they do tend to be quite a bit more expensive than your average Phicen or Jiaou Doll. They are hard to find on regular platforms like eBay or Amazon though.

I recently got a sixth scale LDDoll (Lovely Doll) with moveable fingers and a ‘secret’ hole and she is quite delightful but cost nearly £250. There are also Unique Dolls (4.0 and 5.0), ND dolls and Evoke Dolls which are similar. However, if you want to scale up to 1/3 seamless with those manufacturers the price goes up considerably and you’d have to pay well over £1000 for some!

Tokyo Doll’s website is hard to navigate but most of those seem to be anime as far as I can see but with detachable heads they probably can be modified although you still have the age old problem of matching skin colour to head colour! As it’s hard to do just looking at photos I went for the ‘full set’ so I knew the head would match.

Obitsu and Parabox are shown listed together but they are in fact two separate entities. Obutsu is a manufacturer and Parabox is a retailer. Parabox, as well as Azone, Angel Philia, Real Art Projects, and other companies, commission Obitsu to manufacture custom dolls and parts that each of these companies sell exclusively. Many of these custom dolls are based on the Obitsu 50cm and 60cm bodies. At this point the 60cm body has been discontinued by Obitsu but they are still out there.
