does show what a doll would be like if it loved and has a life of it's own.
with a romantic theme, for both doll/human and human/human...
if you want a perfect topic opener to approach some one about having a doll...this might be worth giving as view for them...
has so many great aspects, i can't even begin to explain in it, as far as dolls and loving them...

There was an Asian (Japanese, I think) movie I once saw about an old man who had bought a sex robot, now non operational, that he still loved. I won't spoil the ending for those who have never seen it, but it was very touching. Anuone remember this one and what it was named?

Their is one that I can think of, but the doll was not purchased. It was his fathers invention. It was operational while he was growing up and became non-operational. The movie is called "Maid Droid". I enjoyed it. This is a movie that I would like to own so I could watch it from time to time.
