Hi taylor, my lady is a big mechadoll so the only way to transport her is to simply have her sit beside me on the passenger seat. I have driven around with her a few times already and generally people don´t realise she´s a doll. Nobody takes a close look on the motorway anyway. But no, I won´t put a logo on my car like "Doll on board" instead of "Baby on board". :haha4: She´s my baby though.

I'm planning to fly across the pond for this year's meet-up and I'm really looking forward to meeting you and Brigitte, Chris. Can't wait!

Hi LaDollyVita, we can´t wait either. We´ll have a lot of fun at the meet. Brigitte likes to drive by car and I love having her by my side.

I'm also driving by car, from The Netherlands to the UK, through Eurotunnel.
I have a silicone doll on the back-seat of the car. Last year I had her covered with a sheet, as I didn't like the idea to explain the doll to all personnel at Eurotunnel. There were no questions asked.
On the trips within the UK, and also within The Netherlands, she was sitting on the beat-seat openly. I guess no-one noticed this was a doll

I´m just wondering about the british immigration authorities after getting through the eurotunnel, will they ask Brigitte for a passport?

Two years ago I took my MLD Pamela with me on a trip to the UK and used the Eurotunnel travelling back to the continent; nobody checked the car, or the big bag she was in on the backseat. There's always a chance on a radom check of course.

Hi LIP, thank you for the info. I guess they´ll probably will check traveling to the UK carefully because of illegal immigration to the UK. May be Brigitte will need a passport to get to the queen´s own country. Oh, no, I think she´ll talk the customs officer out of demanding one. :haha4:

In 2012 and 2013, I used Eurotunnel to go to the UK Meet and back again. Going to the UK, UK customs is at the French side, before boarding. Going back, French customs is at the UK side. I have never been checked. Last year I had a doll sitting on the backseat underneath a sheet (sheet to avoid attention during the passage of the channel), there were no questions asked.

It all depends where you live. Livinbg in the Channel Islands theres no Eurotunnel so I have to fly. I'd love to be the first (correct me if I'm wrong) to pay for an extra seat on a flight and bring my doll to the meet up front and comfortoble, but
last year my poor Pris went with just here face in a box and two gentlemen and one lady-doll helped me make her whole at the meet.
