A Textile Doll forum in the "Love Dolls & Active Doll Manufacturers" section will be created when Textile Doll comes here and registers as a manufacturer.

If there's enough demand from the members to create a section, we'll create a subforum in Dolls in General.

Thanks Christine.

@AlexKnight, looking forward to that :)

Since I got some inquiries on how I ended up naming her Alise - it is all thanks to this stunning beauty (also called Alise) that inspired me on the decision.

I still have trouble believing that such a beautiful doll is textile. They convey such a look of realism. Best of luck with your lovely Alise.

Hi Topchef, I understand why you await her impatiently, she´s beautiful, as the other Alise is. Please post some pics when she´s home and submit her to the Matrix,

These dolls are amazing works of art. I would not have believed that a fabric doll could have been made to look so well. Congratulations.

Just to let you all know, my Alise has arrived an hour ago.

The USPS guy showed up as I was pulling out of my garage (what a timing). At a quick glance, the box seems to get crushed, and hopefully Alise is not hurt...

Since I will be busy for a food show the next few days, I will post my review, thoughts and pictures as soon as I find time.

In case you are wondering how long it took for shipping from Rīga to Nor. Cal. - 7 days + few extra hours.
7/23 PM - Jury shipped Alise.
7/31 AM - USPS delivered Alise.

With the crazy drama (head chef left just before the show, as he found out the dishwasher and prep cook banged his soon to be "ex-wife"... key ingredients spoiled due to bad refrigeration before the show... almost got tag with a speeding driving back home...) I am completely pooped out.

Aside from that, I am glad to be back home and finally greet Alise...

Here is a sneak peek of what is coming... I will add more of my commentary as soon as I am back to my senses...
