Hi Im new to the doll market and recently found this doll on ebay. It was bid up from the starting bid, but now I was contacted by the seller indicating that the "buyer" has not paid and they are willing to sell it to me. Something smells fishy ...

Sounds like a scam. Stick with reputable doll makers if you're going to spend a lot of money.

This indeed. Don't buy dolls from bulk sites, ebay and such.
Too easy to be scammed, and you will never see your money back.

i bought my mecha emi doll on ebay last march..... stole it...... yes i got very lucky on the price.....

post a link or the ebay item number.... i got a nose for the scams !!

Greetings; Any time I see a doll sold that is using pictures of the same doll from another site I get suspicious. There a several so called solid silicone dolls on ebay right now, all scams and using other pictures. I got lucky with my Kelly D18 3 years ago but it was sold by a Forummember. Good luck. Cheers. Yeah, its FAKE. ive encountered many similar on ebay. When I buy another , it will be through dollforum. And yes, anybody want to give me a free Realdoll, i'll be your friend for life! :haha4:

Personally, I refuse to buy anything from anyone who isn't thoroughly vetted by this forum and its members. There are a LOT of scams out there which show you a picture of a solid silicone doll, but what you wind up getting is a cheap vinyl inflatable doll. Just search Alibaba, or DHGate. They are FULL of these scams.

Have a look at the approved vendors on this forum. You're bound to find something you like that's within your budget.

Looks like someone went ahead and bought it. Poor fool. I hate to think of the disappointment that person's going to experience upon receiving the package. Some people are just rotten and cruel.

Does ebay offer refund if the product is not as described?
Sad that people will take advantage of guys who are in an unfortunate situation.
It's bad enough that many of these guys can't get a girl, do they have to add to it by scamming them out of thousands of dollars.
I wish the scammers could spend a couple of days in jail for theft.
