Hi Traum1, Rosie´s breast still look great to me. A lot of real girls would sell their souls for greast as beautiful as Rosie´s.

Hi Dildoll,
it´s been my way of thinking right from the start that I´d rather live with a damaged doll than with a bad repair job done so the body of my Rosie doesn´t have a single spot repaired by me yet, although the time will probably come someday.
I´ve seen so many bad repair jobs that I took a different road than you. I decided that I first want to know how my doll is made to see what can be done to repair her.
So I bought a damaged doll for testing and to thoroughly inspect the parts and products an MD dill is built with.

Hope the project is coming along well.
Have a question for you.
Can you build a system that would provide a light squeezing function around a mouth cavity for a oral function head? The head would be silicone, but have a hollow skull and hinged jaw.

The short answer is yes. The tricky part about a project like that is safety and budget. Custom work is not cheap, and not many can afford what I can create. If you want you can PM me.

I would only propose such a new design item if it was going to be in a production head. Any head I produce will be offered for sale for install on other dolls.
What I proposed sounds good, but may be overkill for just a BJ action. I guess I was thinking about the system you already made and if it would be possible for a little mouth movement BJ system. She could moan and say yummy now & then! LOL
The oral canal design, texture and some spring tension on the hinged jaw would probably serve the job well enough.

What you are proposing would require a new design. Possible but I understand if it is beyond most doller's means.
If I do make heads based on my design (which can fit on any doll) it will be on-demand. While the molds have been created and the electronics and mech design is solid it still takes a lot of time to produce and the materials are not cheap.
Actually, ANY custom face can be made for this head. I may make different skins for it down the road.

Very cool, interesting thread. And very enlightening. Thanks so much for posting the pics of the steps. That really gives me a better idea of all that it takes to make one. Great process too.

FINALLY the final-ish breast mod with new shape, new nipples, completely new process of making it. Installation will require final seaming and paint and sheen match to existing Mechadoll USA body:

I may make the breast more "loose" before installing. Much more jiggle (it is easy to create jiggle in a huge mass of D or FF, much harder with less mass in a B cup), but want a bit more.
On the bright side but jiggle is fine, skeleton is fine, heating system is very, very fine (reason I bought this mecha in the first place), and I like the weight.
