I use this method as well. Works pretty well. After some sleeves started showing some tearing at the entrance, I switched over to this method since I was afraid it would tear more.

For the people using air pumps, does it make farting sounds?

I use an air bed pump.
Dries an insert in like 5 minutes.
Dries a fixed vagina in about 20 minutes.
Costs around 10 to 12 bucks at Kmart or Walmart.

Quickest method I have found.......
