Where are born the DIAOSHI dolls ? (factory pictures)

Hi,

Surely you remember this excellent artistic photo-reportage in a factory of inflatable dolls. I've found links showing another factory (inside and outside) and share them with TDF community.
This is DIAOSHI - Diao Shi Industrial Ltd - a well known manufacturer of vinyl inflatable dolls.

The plant is located in the QUINGYUNLING industrial area, TANGXIA town, GUANGDONG district.
Near DONGGUAN (CANTON en Français) and SHENZHEN (north of HONG-KONG).

Even if you don't speak Chinese, you can easily recognize their ideograms - Diao Shi - 刁氏

The full name is DongguMan Tangxia diao's plastic toys Manufactory and is written : 东莞市塘厦刁氏塑胶玩具制品厂
You can locate it on GoogleMap here. A view of the entry of the industrial area is also visible here.

The pictures are available on their 1688 site (a trade of taobao/aliexpress/alibaba group), or directly here.

This is very interesting, i am particularly intrigued by the range of heads available. Some of those are really attractive and I haven't seen before!!! I have yet to have one of these dolls but I would love to get one in the future. Thanks for the link

Yes, there is a lot's of variety here:

I was wondering if they are the manufacturer of the heads, or just an assembler of parts made by another firm.
As they have also some mini-heads (without neck) that cannot be used on a vinyl inflatable body, I believe that they are really the manufacturer of the heads. They have also, on the top shelf, some cartoonized heads (and a big one).

The mini heads are for their solid semi-articulated doll (110 cm).

If you carefully watch the pictures, you will also notice a solid torso body in the workshop, laying on a table.
This mean that they not only produce inflatable dolls, but also many plastic/silicon items.

I also discover (translating some chinese text), that they have two brands :
- 刁氏（diaoshi)
- 以及七色草（7secao）- "seven colors of grass"

This has to be one of the coolest things that I've seen in a long time. The heads are amazing. They're just so...doll like.

Interesting picture of the "Diaoshi" looks like it is 115cm tall, and has inserts and poseable limbs

I am not surprised if "cao" is a pun, because it could mean grass, but it has the same pronunciation as "cao" meaning "fuck"; the other part means 7se "rainbow" but "se" could also mean erotic.
