Wendy review

Hi everybody, Just got my Wendy 140cm 2 days ago. The quality is very good, Love the material (tpe) shes incredible beautiful.
The only problem is that shipment wasnt free, in the site it says free World Wide shipment. So i had to pay it. And im still waiting for an answer Why wasnt free shipment.
Just email them with the proof of the payment and im waiting for the answer.

MySiliconelovedolls send it by Dhl took 4 days to arrive al erre gratis but wasnt free shipment :( , im really disapointet a about that custodia informaciĆ³n choose them cus free worldwide shipment information giren im their site . They still havent replied with a solution.

I was just wondering if you maybe got it from someone other than MySiliconeLoveDolls because they do state on their website "Free Worldwide Shipping" so to me that constitutes False Advertising and should be addressed. If you do not hear back from them you should contact the management of this forum and get them involved. Maybe they could help, wouldn't hurt!

Yeah thanks for the help , usually They doesnt answer inmediately, ANY updates about my problem ill post it here, to help future buyers.

On a side note, we do offer free shipping for all orders, no false advertising here. Shipping fees are already paid in advance, and customers do not have to pay for any shipping fees. We have been doing this for hundreds and hundreds or orders since we started operating in 2014. Please have a look at the reviews on our website (hosted via a third party widget, yotpo).

Hi Nmax, welcome to TDF :D Congrats, as I'm sure Wendy is gorgeous 8)

MSLD already answered your question about shipping. Please know that if there's a problem with a listed vendor, you can always contact TDF Management. It's much easier to solve issues in private than by going public. But I'm sure MSLD is going to solve this!

I believe that there was a problem, I saw all the review and I can say everything is ok, except the shipping fees I had to pay. Hope we can solve this outilizar :)

the product is high quality, im very happy with this, there is no doubt about that.
the only problem i have is about the problem i mention before, they emailed me about it was custom fee.
i understand, but i want quote their site

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide. All you need to pay is the price displayed on the website. No need to pay anything extra for the shipping, we take care of it.


they never specify about custom fees, they said they didnt knew it would cost that much for me(south america), they said they dont pay fees in US i totally understand, but if they are worldwide enterprise, they should be aware of the fee and specify in their faqs that some countries except US have to pay Fees separately from the doll cost.
the only thing im not happy they dont even specify anything about fees for some countries as a warning or nothing, well, they should since they do free worldwide shipping.
