Very Realistic Mannequin
Note the single tone of the face and looks like fiberglass.
That does not look like human skin.
Look at her nose and notice no deep shadow to indicate nostrils.
All other ads on this seller's website are also on mannequins,
you can easily see the lines where the arms connect.
This leads me to believe she's a mannequin.
They are selling the clothes, not the mannequin, if they were,
I'd pay over $1,000 for it

Looks human to me.
Eyes turned?
I see dark nostril hole.
Open mouth? Most are closed.
If a face sculpt is done well a mannequin can look very nice w/ the right paint job and make up.
