Hi,

I just purchased my first doll from sili doll's website, but forgot to list shipping as pickup at my local dhl office, and cannot find the live chat link on thier website to contact them. I emailed, but was wondering if I am just missing it, or it just doesn't work?

I only see the following, with no link in site:

"Feel free to contact us on our live chat (hereunder on the right) if you need particular assistance (such as customization needs) or email us: belsinco@gmail.com"

Sili doll is pretty responsive. Try email you should hear back soon.

Our live chat is located at the bottom right of our web pages http://asexdoll.com (please refer to screenshot hereunder). Simply click on the tab to start chatting with us and should we not be online, please leave in the chat box a message and your email address and we will reply to you as soon as we can (usually within 12 hours).

If you do not see the chat tab, please clear your browser cookies or try our website using another browser. It should work well with Safari, Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Finally, please note we now also offer local assistance in Japanese and French, you simply have to visit our Japan website (http://rabudoru.com/) and French website (http://xn--poupesexuelle-ehb.com/), which display a similar chat tab.
