I have 3 favourite heads. Only have TPE dolls, but there are a few gorgeous RD faces I wouldn´t mind one bit 
This one is quite obvious, those lips! The face doesn´t look real, it looks computer generated, but those lips!
These two share the same quality; they can both look caucasian, asian or latino - all depending on make up and hair. And they are the two TPE heads that look most real IMO.
