I have a wm 152 and her breasts are large already but is it possible to use a small gauge needle and syringe and pump more air into the hollow cavity? Has anyone tried this? any comments.

Top right corner, click Edit. You can edit the title.
Yes this is obviously how you do this, careful on sizing the breasts up you'll be putting the TPE under constant strain, your mileage may suffer.

Thanks for the info on the breasts and the editing. A lot of forums don't allow you to edit the title. One other question I should have asked, if using a very fine gauge will the puncture be self sealing or would a drop of tpe glue be needed?

I used a 20ga and seem to self seal, but I may eventually seal it up, I stuck mine in the very center of the nipple.

You might want to take a look at this thread. The owner of a WM165 doll did exactly as you suggest.

I injected 200 ml of air thru the nipple w/ a 22 ga hypodermic needle. I felt that was just the right amt w/o fear of rupturing and it was harder to squeeze them to make the insides stick together. I injected her left breast first to show the difference.

Most places, such as on eBay, sell them by the box of 100. I found a veterinary supply company online that sells hypodermic needles and syringes by the piece and that's where I got mine. Do a Google search on "veterinary supply" and you will find it, and perhaps others.

Did you inject her butt, too? If not, she's a very well crafted girl!

See these threads, too. I believe one of them links to a YouTube video showing how to enter from the side of a breast. If not, let me know and I'll look for the clip:

As for where to get a syringe, I believe some folks have gone to vet stores for them. Others have used bike pumps, although I imagine the entry point may be larger by comparison.

Good luck! Please share any progress - we're all learning here!

My D4E135 was laying on her breasts for some part of her journey, so I want to fix them.

I'm very worried about using:
  • A large needle (which creates big holes).
  • A small syringe (because if the syringe doesn't hold enough air to fill the breasts in one shot, I'll have to make multiple holes).
I've heard several people say, "The holes will be tiny and you won't even see them." But I'll know the holes are there, slowly leaking air. I want to minimize the leakage as much as humanly possible.

So here's my main question, "What is the best possible combination of a small needle and big syringe?" I don't know anything about the sizes, or what needles and syringes are compatible.

Second question, "Is there any sort of adapter to connect a tiny hypodermic needle to a bike pump?" That way you could add an infinite amount of air without having to remove the needle.

I used a medium gauge needle and a 100cc syringe from the local farm supply.
Went straight thru the nipple removed the syringe to put more are in.
No need to seal it it self seals.

DevilDoc used a hypodermic needle and an aquarium pump. That yielded breathtaking results.
