I'd like to upload a photo, but I don't see the attachment button. Am I missing some kind of permission?

There is the Quick Reply box, which shows in the threads and doesn't offer many options. If you click, or tap, the "Post Reply" button, you should be taken to the Full Editor page where the upload button lives.

Here's a short tuto:

Yeah, going to Full Editor on the post box you'll open up the box of tricks!

When you hit the Choose File button it will give you the option of where you can find what you need on your computer etc. Click on the photo you want. Then you press the Add The File button. If you want the photo after text or put several in after each other you need to click your cursor where you want it and THEN hit the Place In Line button.
