I've sent several PM's lately, some to Toybox RE sales on TDF and some to a prospective buyer. But at least 4 of them are still in my "Outbox", as if they haven't been read. I can understand with Toybox as I've heard he's on sabbatical, but the prospective buyer is PMing me with questions that I'd answered by PM. Can someone check to see if there's a problem with my account that would interfere with my PM's?

Your account settings are normal i.e. nothing set that would prevent you from sending/receiving PMs.
Since the PMs are in your Outbox, it means the recipient hasn't opened them yet.
If you want to ensure your PMs can be read, feel free to send me one and I'll respond.
