Re: Silicone and other doll making
I was just wondering.
I wish I had space and money. I'd be on to this fast. It sounds like fun.

Can I fill the vaginal area with a high grade silicone and allow to set with something inside to create a cavity? What material does the object inside used to create the cavity need to be made of? I imaginie this object would be difficult to remove after the curing process......This would also make the netry smaller and tighter but it looks like there is room for this
According to the candy8teen website, the dolls are made with a "silcone/urethane mixture". I'm not sure exactly what kind of silicone they use (platinum or tin cure). I assume when you say high grade you are talking about platinum cure silcone? I do know that platinum cure silicone will NOT cure against tin cure silicone and some urethane materials will also cause inhibition.
You may want to check into an insert like the Doc Johnson pocket pal. I've read on one of Itsme's posts that he uses that product as an insert on some of his dolls. The Doc Johnson website lists dimensions for some of their products - the palm pal is sort of oval shaped (2.2"H x 1.6"W)x 5" long.

Re: Silicone and other doll making
SILICONE vs TPE/TPR
I posted the same question in an other thread
Some members were so kind to answer
Sorry for repeating but many people may not have seen my first post
My question is
#Is it true that TPE is more resistent than medical silicone even though it can not be repaired ?
Definitley TPE has better stretching properties over silicone but a member said that silicone is more compression resilience
What's your experience
#Is a TPE breast as soft and realistic as silicone one ?
Thanks in advance
