TPE Skin Tear

Holly has a minor tear in the bottom of her foot. Poke through due to her skeleton. I learned the hard way what not to do with her.
The tear is about 13mm / half an inch long. I would like to repair it now before it gets bigger.
I'm looking to repair her with something I can buy locally. What would you suggest? She is a TPE Doll.
