Help With Mannequin Heads

Not sure if anyone here can help me, or if there have been threads about it already, but a friend of mine on here told me that I should post here about this. Does anyone know of a way to get a mannequin head that will fit to a cloth mannequin? I've seen them available on amazon, but they usually have this generic mans face that's really off-putting. I have a male doll that I'll have had 9 years as of June 3rd and I'd like to have that face, but on an actual head instead of what he has now. Thanks in advance.
