A few more. Getting along quite well so far.

She looks very pretty! A shame of the butt, although in the last pictures the problem seems to be gone! Could be the camera angles, or did you manage to fix it?

Great doll! Something happened with Jinsan TPE blend. I received a doll from their factory a year ago, her shipping time was one month and she arrived with no signs of the booty flattening. I added 30 mm thick memory foam on top of the factory foam and she was stored in the box. No deformations still.

I've witnessed the same and feel the same concern.

I hope there is a remedy. The doll is beautiful otherwise.

The butt is definitely still flat with the edge ridge and everything. Been storing her on her side on a 16" memory foam mattress as per Joy's direction but there's been little improvement so far.

The doll does seem to have softened up in general so I'm still hopeful it'll improve. Thinking a closet bar neck bolt suspension kit for storage and a heating blanket while on her side may help but we'll see. It's only been a few days.

When I store a doll, I place cushioning under her back and legs so that her rear end is totally suspended.

With all the padding, was the doll squished in the box during shipping? I'm thinking the shippers may have to use a taller box and pad accordingly.

Obin, that's a good idea. I may try that this weekend.

I don't think she was squished but there were only two relatively firm sheets of foam under her backside (approx 3/4" each). With all the butt mass and relatively wide hips this area is definitely her center of gravity so taller boxes to accommodate more padding or just better padding in general for bigger butt dolls may be required.

My suggestions are likely redundant, since you are likely already aware of the matters. Anyway, be sure to use a thick blanket. The one that comes with the doll should be thick enough. Also, be sure that there is no wrinkling of the blanket where her weight is supported. Even if creases appear, though, creases tend to vanish. I hope that just suspending her does the trick. If such resiliency exists that her rear end shape restores, I'll be very impressed.

Redundant but still appreciated. I picked up a couple extra micro fiber/plush blankets and towels specifically for the doll a few days ago.

I do think just laying it on its side may be helping slowly but it could be wishful thinking. Might just take pics if/when able and compare to the first one already posted. Fingers crossed.

Beautiful photos, great posing and the dress fits her so well! Glad her butt is better.

I would say in addition to using the warm damp towels to reform her buns, once you have them warmed up... massage your (verified OK) oil of choice into them! Let the skin absorb it, then lightly powder. I regularly massage my gals with coconut oil & have had great results! They have indeed gotten softer and are retaining their shape. Not to mention... it's a lot of fun!

Is she the "soft" version tpe or regular? Is that why its taking so long to form normal again?
She looks amazing. Especially in that tight red mini dress.
Have you been able to weigh her? Just wondering how close the actual weight is to what's advertised.
If you have time could you please measure her B-W-H? I think you have the first WM150 on here.
